Savier Street Flats

Savier Street Flats is a 179 unit community located on NW Savier Street in Porland, Oregon. Located in the well-established and trendy Northwest Neighborhood, residents will be drawn to walkable streets complimented by historic buildings and a wide variety of restaurants, brewpubs, coffee shops, retail boutiques and parks. A transit-oriented location, The Portland Streetcar loops through the neighborhood, connecting residents to Portland State University, the Pearl District, and Downtown Portland. Residents will also enjoy easy freeway access (I-405).

The community will be comprised of two four story buildings, offering mostly studio and one bedroom apartment homes, with a small number of large two bedroom flats. The larger of the two buildings will contain approximately 6,250 square feet of retail space and a sub-terranian parking garage. The main floor will also contain bicycle parking stalls, a bicycle repair and wash room and pet wash facility as well as leasing offices, fitness center and an entertainment room.

In addition to the amenities available in the Northwest Neighborhood, Savier Street Flats will feature landscaped courtyards, with some ground floor flats offering private terrace areas. Community outdoor space will include a fire pit, barbeque area, and social area with outdoor projection equipment. Indoor amenity space will include a fitness center and spacious community room with WiFi access.

Savier Street Flats is currently under construction with anticipated apartment delivery early 2013.
